With an entrance ticket measuring no less than 3 metres wide and 1.50 metres high, Theater de Schalm welcomed its 10,000th young visitor on Sunday 12 October, who purchased tickets through the collaboration with ASML. The winners, mother Marion and daughters Elise and Léa, received a wonderful prize package and were allowed to scan the giant ticket on stage before the 4 p.m. performance of Fien en Teun.

A festive afternoon for all visitors
In addition to a wonderful prize package for the 10,000th visitor, all visitors benefited from this festive milestone. The foyer was decorated with a red carpet and festive decorations. All children from the show attended by the winners also received a small gift afterwards. And of course, a Meet & Greet with Fien and Teun after the show was a must!

Largest admission ticket
De Schalm developed a very large admission ticket especially for this special occasion. The 3-metre-long ticket is the largest ticket in the world and could actually be used by the winners via a QR code. On stage, daughters Elise and Léa scanned the ticket that was their admission to the performance. The ticket could be admired both in the foyer and on stage. In addition, the winners received a day out at Van Hoorne Musicalproducties' Avonturenboerderij Molenwaard for this special moment, and an exclusive moment on stage with Fien and Teun.

Collaboration with ASML
Since March 2024, Theater de Schalm and ASML have been collaborating in various areas. For example, all children up to the age of 12 can attend a theatre performance in the Youth and Family genre free of charge. By offering free youth tickets, De Schalm and ASML are making theatre accessible to a wide audience. The success of the collaboration between De Schalm and ASML means that more children and their parents/carers can come to De Schalm to enjoy theatre.
