How to buy tickets via the website of Theater De Schalm

Create an account

• Go to the homepage
• Click on ‘Create an account’ in the white box
• Enter your details and click on ‘Create an account’
• You will receive a confirmation link by mail. Please open this link in your browser.
• [Please check your spam box IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THIS MAIL!]
• Enter the confirmation code and click on ‘Confirm’.
• Complete the remaining data. You have now created your own account.

Purchase tickets

• Select the show of your choice and click on ‘Tickets’.
• Would you like to order tickets for multiple shows? Click on ‘Continue shopping’.
• Click on ‘Select seats’ or on the shopping basket in the main navigation bar. You will now see an overview of the selected shows in your shopping basket.
• Click on ‘Automatic selection’ (if you want the system to select the best available seats) or on ‘Select seats’, if you want to select your own seats. The seating plan of the relevant hall will now be opened. Click on the seats you wish to book. Grey seats are not/no longer available. You have to select the seats for each separate show in your shopping basket.
• After clicking on ‘Automatic selection’, you enter the number of seats per tier. After clicking on ‘Select seats’, you have to select the type of ticket on the right. Click on ‘Edit’ to delete any seats.
• Second Tier: As of season 2017-2018, the Grote Zaal has a 2nd tier. This tier comprises all seats on the balconies (high and low). These are seats with impaired visibility. The 2nd tier tickets are therefore lower priced than 1st tier tickets.
• Once you have completed your order, click on ‘Continue’.
• Check your order and select the type of tickets and the payment method.
• If you would like to use a ‘Podium Cadeaukaart’, you first select Podium Cadeaukaart (you are then able to choose an alternative payment method for the remainder of the amount due).
• Click on ‘Continue’, follow the instructions and complete the payment.
• After payment, you will receive an email, which contains a link to your e-tickets/mobile tickets. If you have selected the option to receive your tickets by post, the tickets will be sent to the address you specified.
