The family musical Mees Kees returns to Dutch theaters with an even bigger, interactive, musical show for the whole family: Mees Kees - The hussel race.

The award-winning books of Mees Kees are classics in the making. After the Mees Kees television series, the various movie successes in the cinema, the theater tour in season 23/24, there now follows a completely new family musical.

 

Mees Kees is and remains the funniest master of the Netherlands. Of course, he, Dreus and the children are at the center of this musical theater adventure. Mees Kees is always there for the students in his class and helps them with his funny, well-invented solutions. However, everyone is wary of Dreus, the headmistress of the school. 

 

In this adventure, there is the National Reading Competition. For student Sammy with dyslexia this is a big problem, he mixes up all the words. Of course, Mees Kees has an appropriate solution.  But what are they doing there, with all those banners and flags? And by the way, why are Tobias and Mees Kees's brother suddenly in such a hurry?
