Pop-up theater: hoepelact workshop

In the workshop afternoon you will get the ins & outs of hoop dance in a playful way. We will learn different tricks and combinations of movements with the hoop. Both On body hooping and off body tricks with dynamic jumps, spins and more. All these moves build up to a flowy dance sequence.

Using the hoops together as a group, we create an expressive dance performance that we showcase in the evening show.
