This performance is Dutch.

Based on the books by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton.

Andy and Terry are back in their treehouse, which has got completely out of hand. With another 13 new storeys, the treehouse is now a whopping 78 storeys high.

Following the hugely successful De Waanzinnige Boomhut van 13 Verdiepingen (winner of the Zapp Theatre Prize and a Zilveren Krekel) and De Waanzinnige Boomhut van 52 Verdiepingen, which toured to sold-out venues, Andy and Terry are happily carrying on with their building.

New additions include a car wash, a Scribble Lab, a stadium for all ball sports, Andyland, Terrytown, a heavily secured crisps warehouse (guarded by one extremely angry duck) and an open-air cinema.

And that’s just as well, because Andy and Terry are on the verge of becoming world-famous.
The legendary Mr Big Shot arrives to turn their book into a Hollywood blockbuster. But then things go wrong.

Mr Big Shot sacks Andy and replaces him with… a monkey.

The battle rages on: will the Treehouse blockbuster ever be made? Who will win the battle between Andy and Terry? And why are those mysterious spy cows popping up everywhere?

The Waanzinnige Boomhut van 78 Verdiepingen is a vivid, fast-paced theatre comedy full of makeshift film tricks, tightly organised chaos and boundless imagination.

Recommended age: 6–12 years and their adults.
