In the theatre show ‘Time Jumper’, Waylon, together with his regular band, takes a deep dive into country music. Country runs like a thread through Waylon’s life. The show is named after his new country album of the same name, for which he collaborated with The Time Jumpers – a group of top musicians from Nashville who fuse western swing, classic country and jazz into a virtuoso and nostalgic sound. 

As well as being an exceptional singer, Waylon has also emerged as a true storyteller, treating the audience to funny, moving and thrilling anecdotes. 

‘Country music is all the rage at the moment, but what makes this music so special? To answer that question, I went to Nashville and made an album that showcases the genre’s versatility. Country has a rich tradition and a unique sound, and I’m proud that this album allows me to follow my own dream. Time Jumper is a tribute to the music I love so much.’ – Waylon
